Description

Just close the lid and the rotor immediately reaches 6000 rpm per minute Open the lid and the improved braking system quickly and smoothly decelerates the rotor to a complete stop in just one second
An eight position microtube rotor is supplied and installed A second rotor is also supplied, with an increased capacity for four 0.2 ml PCR strips (or 32 0.2 ml tubes), which are stored in a convenient compartment at the bottom of the centrifuge, this compartment is also used to attach the supplied tube adapters for 0.5 ml tubes.
A new Clik-n-Lok™ rotor mounting system eliminates the need for set screws and tools when replacing the rotor. The rotors can be easily removed and secured by hand by pulling the rotor off the motor shaft or pressing on the shaft.
